小学生のときに先生に言われた三角食べは、「一番カロリーが低そうなものを半分くらい食べ終わったあと」にしてください。
私たちの体は、空腹時に胃に入ってきたものを一生懸命吸収しようとします。
最初にカロリーの高いものを食べてしまうと、そのほとんどが脂肪として吸収されてしまいます。
ですので、最初に食べるものはカロリーの低いものにする、と意識しましょう。
